The One Practice, operated by Mark Harrington, receives information that you choose to provide through this website, its forms, the One Practice Snapshot, class requests, email signups and messages.

We use that information to respond to your request, provide the information or service you asked for, manage class or programme interest, send updates where you have agreed to receive them, and improve our services.

We do not sell personal information.

The One Practice uses service providers, including OfferingTree and Fillout, to host pages, process forms and manage communications. These providers may process or store information outside Canada in accordance with their own privacy practices and the laws that apply where the information is processed.

Submitting an enquiry allows The One Practice to contact you about that enquiry. It does not automatically subscribe you to ongoing marketing. Email and text updates require separate permission.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the message. You may also withdraw marketing consent or ask to access, correct or delete personal information held by The One Practice by contacting us.
