This is for people who are ready to join. To keep the process simple, start by filling out the short enrollment commitment form. No payment is collected on the form.
After you submit it, I will contact you with your exact price and next step.
Enrolling now includes access to Built to Last beginning June 6 at no extra cost. If you have already paid for Built to Last, that amount will be credited toward your enrollment.
Existing One Practice credits can also be applied.

The 12-Week Transformation is my foundational program, and it works on more than your body. The body is where the change shows up first, more strength, less body fat, results you can measure, but the program is built on five practices that carry across your whole life: movement, nutrition, recovery, mindset, and connection. You train and you eat well, and you also learn to recover, to steady your own head, and to stay connected to people doing the same work. That is what makes the change hold.
When it runs
The program runs in two parts: a prep phase to get you ready, then the twelve weeks.
PREP PHASE: begins August 13, 2026.
This part is about readiness, not intensity. During the prep phase you will:
- Complete your intake: a short health and injury history, your goals, and your training background.
- Have a first coaching call to set your starting point.
- Get your baseline assessment: a body-composition scan, your key strength numbers, and measurements.
- Complete a baseline blood panel.
- Get your nutrition set up: your own macros and a meal plan built for you.
- Ease into the training rhythm and get set up with the schedule and the cohort community.
OFFICIAL KICKOFF: September 14, 2026.
The twelve weeks begin. The program moves through three phases: calibration first, where you learn the lifts and set your baselines, then the main build, then a final peak. You reassess at the midpoint and again at the end.
FINAL SESSION: December 6, 2026.
Where you train
You choose one of two streams, by location.
Oakville stream
Strength training at Radix Oakville.
Tuesday and Thursday, 7:00 PM. Sunday, 2:00 PM.
Mississauga stream
Strength training at Hawkstone Mississauga.
Monday and Wednesday, 8:00 PM. Sunday, 11:00 AM.
Yoga is at PYC Oakville, included with the yoga tier. The monthly Signature Flow Masterclass is included for every participant.

Pricing
With PYC yoga access: $2,497, or four payments of $649.
