A weekly heated class grounded in the Power Yoga Canada sequence. Each class has its own theme and stands on its own, while the practice builds over time.

Three free Saturdays on a rooftop in Oakville, built on R5, our mobility and strength method.
These 75-minute sessions build real control through the hips, spine, and shoulders, load it so it holds, and open the range that makes everything else feel easier.
All levels welcome. Mats and bands are provided. Bring a towel, water, and a friend.
