As we approach the end of the year, this Conscious Connected Circular Breathing session offers a chance to release what no longer serves you and step into the new year with clarity and presence. The goal is simple: let go of the emotional and mental weight of the past year so you can move forward lighter, grounded, and open to what’s next.

Led by one of the most experienced facilitators in this field, Debbie specializes in Conscious Connected Circular Breathing—a powerful, active technique that helps access and release stored emotions and energy. You’ll be fully supported in a safe, guided space designed for deep emotional and energetic release.
How to Prepare
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow or bolster, water, journal, and wear comfortable clothing. Avoid eating for at least an hour before the session, stay hydrated throughout the day, and arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. Come with an open mind and a clear intention—what you’re ready to release and what you want to invite as the new year begins.
During the Session
Each breathwork journey is unique. Some experience deep emotional release, others a quiet clarity. You may feel tingling, shifts in temperature, or waves of emotion. Trust the process and allow whatever arises—it’s all part of letting go.
After the Session
Take time afterward to integrate. Drink water, rest, move gently, and jot down any insights or emotions that surface. Expect to feel lighter, more centered, and clear about the direction you want to move in.
This session is an opportunity to consciously close the year, clear out what no longer aligns, and create space for a fresh, focused start to the one ahead.
