What is The Signature Flow


The Signature Flow is the core weekly class of The One Practice. It is a complete bodyweight training practice that combines the best of yoga, calisthenics, animal flow, Pilates, barre, qigong, and even elements of traditional resistance training.

Open to all levels—from beginners to advanced practitioners—it delivers strength, mobility, control, and recovery in one seamless flow. Instead of needing multiple classes, you get everything your body needs in a single, efficient weekly practice.

ABOUT ME


Hi, I’m Mark, the founder and guide of The One Practice, a holistic system designed to optimize your body, mind, and life.

With over 15 years of dedicated yoga practice and more than 2000 hours of yoga teacher training from around the world including India, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, the US, and Canada, I bring a diverse and comprehensive approach to movement and wellness. My background as a former investment banker and current entrepreneur / investor has shown me firsthand the profound impact yoga has in calming the mind and strengthening the body. My goal in teaching is to share some of the valuable insights and tools I’ve gathered throughout my journey.

My classes are rooted in Ashtanga and Power Yoga, thoughtfully combined with techniques from Pilates, Calisthenics, HIIT, Qigong, Barre, and traditional resistance training. I aim to deliver a complete mind-body experience set to the rhythm of energizing music, encouraging you to connect deeply with yourself and the energy of the practice.

The Practice is always your own. I’m here simply as a guide. I encourage you to listen to your body, modify poses as needed, and challenge yourself when you’re ready.

Consistency is key, and I’m confident that with regular practice, you’ll discover strength, openness, and greater peace both on and off the mat.
